Radical Notion: Defy The Untrustworthy State of Our Nation by Becoming More Trustworthy Towards Each Other.
It was a rough day in the USA. Not unusual anymore, but the heartbreak can be contagious. The habitual distrust can become endemic. Soon no one it seems is reliable, least of all oneself and trusting another even your closest, appears absurd. But maybe this is one of the many radical steps we need to take, to move towards each other and in doing so become more reliable to ourself.

go with those unexpected flights that take you up from the depths
and when you descend again
then be gentle be ferocious
be patient do not wait
act upon your world rest
join with others
be alone
there is no answer to the pain
to the joy
to the deliberate acts of meanness
to the random acts of kindness
being human has its cost
but being cold and remoseless
disconnected and untouchable
is worse.
the breeze is here for now
and the traffic noise
and the mixed variation of light and dark
all of it is the same and ever changing.
